Centiva Capital Inc. is a Canadian-based investment company that develops and manages investments in early-stage businesses with high growth potential, and maintains a portfolio of marketable securities. The Company currently has three investees.

Centiva was formed in October 2007 to hold the assets and liabilities of TriNorth Capital Inc. following a reorganization under which TriNorth changed its business strategy and raised new capital.
